Located between Spearfish and Sturgis, about 5 miles east of Spearfish and 15 miles west of Sturgis. The house was built in 2000 and sits on 20 acres of private forest land. There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful, newly remodeled bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds. There is an extra queen bed in an unfinished, clean basement. There is a 2 stall garage and plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers or campers. The location is very private and quiet. The rent is a minimum of $4,000.00 for seven nights. Any additional nights would be $500.00 per night. There is also a $500.00 refundable damage deposit after inspection of house.
